Q3 climate control retrofit problems.

I own a 2012 A3 2.0 TDI and I recently retrofitted the Q3(2012) climate control. Everything seems to work but now my driver seat controls, and heater doesn't work, plus my passenger seat won't heat up either. I've checked codes on vcds and it's saying electrical fault for both seats. I even tried to put the old unit back in and still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Did you recode with vcds to modify parameters for A3 seats?
(sorry for bad english, I'm from Italy)
