I am in the process of changing my front speakers.
I've already bought sound deadening material to also apply to the doors before replacing the speakers.
While removing the door card I noticed the 8P uses a black metal plate as vapor barrier in the door.
Is it possible to remove this and fit it back in after applying the sound deadening material?
And if so, how can I remove and refit the metal vapor barrier?
I don't want to just try and remove the barrier, only to find out it cannot be refitted anymore.
