Hi guys

Hope you can help, went to change my bulb and the innards seem to have come loose, I have attached a short video showing what the issue is, I just uploaded to YouTube, I've seen a couple of other posts on here with similar issues saying it could be a clip but I'm just wondering if this is the same issue?

Also if it is the clip does anyone have a guide or video on how to replace it, I've tried searching but can't find any definite results

Thanks again

Mike your headlight appears to be snapped off inside could be just off its runner also as the high and low beam should be one unit yours appears that the dipped is moving which it should not I have built a number of headlights now so I have a reasonable knowledge on the subject kind regards Mark

Best repair for broken plastics is Topfix I've used it for numerous plastic repairs including headlights, never had an issue.

Otter issue is the motor, levelling unit comes of the ball joint, you can refit without opening it's just a pita.

Thank you , yeah I'm 99% certain it's this, it's the clip that holds the ball joint one side had snapped off, I know what to order now at least, I'll have a go next weekend, thanks again !

Great at least you got that one sorted remove the levelling motor with a twist and clip is just behind one torx screw magnetic torx driver or similar method so screw does not drop in the headlight body

Just sorted this problem and the headlight had been over adjusted. Taken it off and you will see the shafts the inner unit sits on, you might have to wind out to get it on properly and then will need to get your headlights realigned.

One thing I do know is these headlights are absolute junk.

It looks very professional with the rubber gloves on.
