Rejecting A1 Black Edition

Hi all, its been a while since I posted on here, basically I’m hoping to see if any others have been through the process of rejecting a car.

The top and bottom of things are, my daughter bought a new A1 in July last year and has suffered numerous issues, the car has been into the dealership for repairs on several occasions only for the fault(s) to return.

She started the process of rejecting the car several weeks ago but I’m trying to find out if the car will be replaced on a like for like basis or will she be able to walk away from the vehicle and start again??

Most likely walk away and start again as it doesn’t belong to her - easier for the finance company to do that than source another car etc.

Thanks for the reply, that's what we're hoping for but the noises seem to indicate a like for like replacement.
