Hi, having all sorts of problems with the bi xenon headlights on my 2006 allroad.
I'm pretty fed up with them. Is it possible to swap them out for standard halogen ones?
Will the car cope with the change on its own, or is it going to have a hissy fit and flag up tons of faults? Is it possible to alter the car configuration so it understands it doesn't have bi xenon swivelling lights?

Anything's possible with enough time, patience and money.
In theory yes but I can't find anything on if it's been done before... everything except the full beam and indicator are different I think. The halogens will probably be worse for light output though unless your lenses are ruined, then even LED's won't make too much difference.

What problems are you having with your xenons, have you considered just replacing the who light with a good used or new one?
