Metallic noise from engine

When revving to above 3/3.5k noticed a single metallic clunk as the revs drop to around idle CREC engine 2015 s5. Car drives fine no fault light. The noise only appears to be audible when stationary. Have a video but unable to attach on here

Thanks for reply that would make sense with the revs range it happens, don’t think I’ve noticed it before. Anything to worry about? Early sign of failure etc
