I recently lost it on a bend known for spilt diesel on the surface. I know how daft considering I knew of the corner prior.
Both front and back right wheel took impact from the kerb at around 40-45mph. I’ve taken it to a mechanic he’s sorted the front with a new wishbone and a few other bits but struggling to notice any visual issues with the rear. He did mention with parts now being made from aluminium, it’s sometimes hard to see the damage.
He said he’s tried to reset the wheel as best he can but I still hear a pulsing rubbing noise when pressing the brake and driving above 35-40mph. The wheel also seems to be toed in causing the handling to be twitchy etc. He mentioned I should try getting a 4 wheel alignment and go from there.
What’s people thoughts and can you get the rear wheel aligned? I’ve read some cars you can’t.
