I bought an audi a4 avant 1.4 tfsi. Love the car, but me and the wife have found difficulty engaging first at the traffic lights from stop. The car went in for its mot today and I had audi diagnostic done as well to see if there was a clutch problem. Audi said the clutch is excessively worn so needs new clutch and flywheel at £3,166.00.
I was wondering if this really is a clutch issue. We certainly have no clutch slip. Apparently the clutch bite is quite ‘high’.
Wondering if anyone has had similar issue?
