Fish eye reversing camera

Hi. 2017 s3 here.
Today my reversing camera decided it was going to be fish eye lens.

What in the name of his has happened.. and more importantly, how do I fix it?

Factory fitted or retrofit? Cold need a recalibration or could be faulty. Not seen this before to be honest.

It seems to have been pushed inside the handle, somehow detached

It’s factory. It’s really odd

I’ve also just noticed that there are no parking lines in the screen either.

It may or may not be relevant but a few weeks ago my display started randomly going up and down the whole time
