Multiple system malfunctions

Hi, in the summer season I use a foam AC cleaner directly into the vents to go down to the coils to stop a mouldy smell when the AC is used. This time when I used it i saw some of the foam coming out the flap where the screen comes out from. After a couple minutes it started smoking from under the dashboard... luckily nothing dangerous happened but the following issues occured.

- 1. Vehicle light malfunction (What ever position I put the toggle, the will just remain on except high beam, reverse lights and indicators which work fine. Yellow bulb warning symbol
- 2. Parking break mulfunction ( All I can see is the small red LED not turning on, on the switch but a warning beep occurs when released) Yellow parking break symbol with 2 lightning bults
- 3. I am unable to connect OBDII reader as it will not get powered from the plug under the steering wheel.

I do not have tools with me for at least 2 weeks so is it worth me purchasing and attempting to eliminate some potential issues such as checking all the fuses and possibly disconnecting the battery to reset the ECU or just wait the 2 weeks and go to a mechanic who knows the electrical system well?

Suggest you have the vehicle looked at by someone that knows what they are doing. Am based in north London, offer appointments Monday to Saturday. Currently booking from 16th September.
