3.0 tdi V6 rocker cover leak

Hi all

I have had a leak from the rocker cover in particular the rear top bolt

Initially thought it was gasket so replaced that even though the original was fine with no crack tears or wear.

However it’s still leaking (bubbling and oil coming out)

Anyone seen the same or had the same thing?

This isn’t the normal
Injector seal leak where blow-by (thick black gunk) then dribbles down the sides of the engine?
