So I have finally come across a reasonably good-fitting pair of heated fan washer jets from Skoda Part Number 5J0955986 looking at the windscreen and scuttle angle of the Skoda compared to the A3 they seemed very similar so went ahead and purchased the parts on a risk basically, So I thought I would share this. There is not as much messing about as the TT MK1 ones and a lot more attractive in my opinion! They are slightly smaller than the OEM Audi but generally, a good fit I pushed them towards the front of the scuttle panel and inserted a small 1mm approx in thickness piece of plastic on the rear to act as a securing clip just for testing purposes just hitting the roof when parked up not yet tested at speed but I am sure they will be fine cut the plugs off the Skoda ones and rewired to the Audi one's heat shrink Tesa tape etc to ensure weatherproofing and finally used some MILLIPUT EPOXY BLACK to make them properly secure from the rear so there would be no movement although they were quite secure with just the plastic inserts in place (for the initial fan spay testing) I will post a video if anyone is interested? when I get the wipers back on due to a slight issue with the new and old scuttle panel on the aftermarket windscreen clip-in area thanks for reading @MPH New Fan Jet5J0955986Audi vs Skoda Compared5J0955986 SKODA

Tried desperately to get the new scuttle in place but will not sit properly in the middle for some reason (aftermarket windscreen) pulled it on and off several times! Checked the channel was spotlessly clean application of some dry PTFE spray to assist further to no avail nothing underneath caused any obstruction so any advice tips and tricks would be appreciated on the plus side the washers are excellent in coverage at least that's all good

Nice find, will order them for myself too, I'm tired of the standard jets on my A3.

As for the scuttle - does it go into the slit but pops back out, or just doesn't fit into the slit at all? If it's the latter then maybe the plastic on your new scuttle is too thick?
I've seen people use glue to secure it in place, but that's only an option if you're not planning on ever removing it again :tonguewink:

So here's how the timeline went oem screen no problems even after a couple of times removed! Windscreen massive cracking screen replacement (aftermarket). The original scuttle then had problems so I got another screen put in the week after seemed o.k apart from both ends raised slightly this was due to installation being done without slipping between rain channel fittings on a pillars so I aimed lol to correct this by ordering a new one at great expense via CZECHOSLOVAKIA through AUDI TRADITION the plan being to give the general area a bit of a service and upgrade the washers etc! I also noticed the original scuttle had lifted in the middle after nearly a year! So now where I am at it goes in perfectly left and right sides just lifting in the middle area so on off on off checking everything that's as far as I have been able to get mainly concerned about water ingress.
