My new daily C8 55tfsi Build, 22" , 440mm brakes, etc etc

After selling my 705 bhp S8 which i used as a daily , i picked up this 2019 55tfsi V6T



Lowered it straight away trough ODIS 20mm..

Added custom Ferrari 812 Superfast Aperta wheels in 22" fully forged in satin black
Added my own brakekit ( im in the wheel and bbk trade for years )
440mm with the Akebono 10 piston calipers from Urus,new Rs6 etc
380mm rear with integrated hb caliper ( i normally use 400mm and dual caliper setup, but on this platfrom this is cleaner )
Added oem S6 diffusor and added oem S6 exhaust from the USA
installed Catless downpipe last week, and along with the S6 exhaust the car produces now one of the best sounds ive ever heard, and so much better then almost any aftermarket setup ive heard...
Also added Maxton front lip ( dont like maxton crap but this one is oke and looks oemish )
Later today will fit the RS style honeycomb grille , which will blend nicely with my honeycomb lower grills

Going in for a stage 2 tune 3 august, and still gutted nobody have cracked the ****** gearbox ( tcu )

Nice ride but I like wheels on S8 better than on C8. What wheels are those?

drop a link in for the sound mate lets hear it?
who made that down pipe?

rear brakes are the covers?

when you lowered the car all drive assist still operational lift mode ect?

when your in auto mode and hit 70mph does the car lower still take it as a no?
if it did it would be sat on the wheels!

got the right hump didn't mean any offence i actually liked the post and car mods ect was shocked at the rear brakes and these days china got it all so was a genuine question mate and can i ask why you put them brakes on what bhp the car pushing mate just wondering not having a pop here!

i use vcds mate and can lower mine but thought id ask as it drops around 10mm/20mm at 70mph ? theres no way that car could lower anymore without touching the wheels you have spacers on there aswell?? odis lol

You cannot lower a C8 through VCDS! But im sure you can

Yes , i am VHPerformance, i also do catbacks, full systems, big brake upgrades,custom forged wheels, carbon interior trim etc..downpipes

Since my work is custom forged wheels, there is no way im running spacers, perfect offsets , i always run in Dynamic of Comfort mode, never in automode.. car is lowered 10mm all around with ODIS/VCDS which will bring the car 20mm lower in Dynamic mode and it wont go lower then that on any occasion. First it was 20mm and then a extra 10mm in dynamic, but that was a no go on the new wheels...
 
Since i also do carbon parts, ordered a 8 piece full replacement interiortrim carbon kit, which will be installed somewhere in 2 weeks

Will make some good pics then...



Consists of oem audi trim, laminated in 2x2 twill cf

Gearbox mount has been acting up, having that replaced tuesday

Will install the cf interiortrim next week Sunday, next week Saturday its time for a simple tune, hoping for around 410 420 bhp, since there is still no TCU available for this shitbox, we have to keep the torque low..

Can you share the link where did you ordered these as I am looking for these as well and don’t want cheap quality from the Bay

These are from my own supplier and not from ebay, as aftermarket carparts is my business ;)

what issues you having on gearbox mount mate symptoms?
