Updated MMI but now no sound

So I used the firmware download from https://mibsolution.one/ and followed all the instructions to end up with zero sound comming from the unit now :sob: anyone done this and figured out what to do to get sound back?
 
@DJAlix is this something you could fix?

Audi say they cannot factory reset the software?

Well the magician fixed it. After everyone else said they cannot, Alex did. Awesome guy and I'll be spreading the word up here in the north about who to use for any issues and coding.

Great meeting you and the family the other day. Was a bit of a challenge but got there in the end. I like that site, sends me a lot of business
