B10E311 fault code ???

HI all have just had my car canned a few fault codes came up No3 glow plug so put a full new set in all gone now but i couldnt get to the bottom of a code as above B10E311 "position sensoron left side ventshort to ground "but dont know know where to start looking
if anyone has any advice would be much appreciated regards lee
