Q5 Q5 B9 Fog light grilles

Hi, I'm looking to install some honeycomb / RS style 'fog light' grilles to go on a 2018 Q5 TDI S-Line but I've been told that they block an air vent for the oil coiler which is why the OEM grilles have slots / gaps there. Does anyone know if there are any that exist with gaps already there?

If not, looks like a dremel or drilling holes is my only option?

I have picked the car up now and realised the OEM grilles don't have the holes anyway. I think it depends on what country it was produced for. All good
