weird central locking problem

Hello, story is I was going to unlock my car but suddenly doors wouldn't open from the key, no sound from the boot (from the locking motor), tried to change batteries on key to nothing to happen. I got to the car from the boot and got doors unlocked from the inside, had to raise the little knobs manually to get it open. Interior light work normally when door is opened and alarms were working before I took the fuse out so i dont get locked out of my car again. So the question, is my central locking pump dead or is this wiring issue or cold related issue due to we having -30 degrees celcius.

Sound like the door locks are possibly frozen at that temperature
