Seems to be a similar problem to what some other people have found ?
My 2nd gear is slightly awkward to get into and seems to be getting a little worse.
After some research it suggests that it is a little awkward anyway and takes a bit of getting use to but this is a little worse than it should be I'm sure.
I asked an independent Audi specialist about changing the g/box / diff oils and they said to me they had never been asked to do it so it took them a little while to get the quote together. It *should* be sealed for life/maintenance free etc,etc.
Some people seem to report an improvement after changing the oil.
Seems to be some linkage problems too and synchro problems.
Just wondering if anybody has a Quattro version and what their experience is of the gear change into 2nd ?
Think I'll get the oil changed anyway as it's 19 years/108K miles old and go from there but just asking if other people's experiences?
