All these fault lights came on today?

ABS, ESC, TPMS, brake servo, air bag and parking brake faults

the auto hold function is not working now either.

any ideas?

Most likely abs fault, scan the car and it’ll tell u which corner is faulty. Then replace that sensor.

Or even more likely the battery needs replacing. In the vast majority of cases a large number of random and seemingly unconnected errors is found to be the battery. Modern cars are very susceptible to battery condition and the A6 seems to be more so than most. If the battery voltage drops below 12.6v then it seems to trigger errors like this.

Battery was replaced earlier this year

A new rear wheel bearing and ABS sensor and everything is back to normal

I'm getting this behaviour since the cold weather started.

I've measured the voltage on the battery and it's 12.3V cold and 14.78V when car is ticking over.
I think it's the original battery (12 year old car) so I'll replace it anyway but other than the intermittent errors it's cranking and running fine, if it's the sensors I'd rather replace them first as I've just forked out for 400 quid 2 new tyres.
