Hello all,

I would appreciate your thoughts, based on these photos, as to whether my paintwork is repairable without the need for respray? I have asked around and there are mixed opinions.

Damage by acidic springtime bird poo...there is no flaking, as in nothing peels off from touch. These photos are the worst of the damage.

Thanks in advance!

If you run a nail across, does your finger get stuck or momentary stops, if so then either it's still got poo residue to remove or its that's a paint job, but generally bird poo lacquer stains usually come of with some compound.

I'd try some G3 on all the marks 1st, see what happens as tbh if it is paint damaged it's not going to make allot of difference now, so no loss in trying.
