S3 Xenon flicker and yellow/pinkish tone

Hi! About a month ago my right headlight cut off and i got a warning on my dash. Few days later it got back on, but with a yellow/pink tone to it. And now the light does this flicker. What could be the issue? The bulb itself or the ballast?

I had this recently, it needed both the ballast and the bulb replaced.
