I have the next situation. I am living in Europe and my car (A3 2017 e-tron ) from USA. I created US account on myAudi but I can't confirm my car. I contacted to US dealer but they can't help me because I am in Europe and they ignored me. Anyone can help me with confirmation my car on myAudi site/app? Maybe someone work as dealer in US.
I would like to use myAudi for checking battery status, enable & disable A/C etc. I am sure it can work with mobile roaming (I saw settings) and physical sim card.
P.S European dealer also can't help me because my car in US database and miss in EU database. Only US dealer can approve my car on myAudi.
