New wheels!

End result of around 6 months research, pondering, mocking-up.
Big thanks to Wheelbase for being patient, Bola for machining some fresh wheels and getting them out the same day to correct an error.

The car is black underneath the wrap, hence the colour choice. Black wheels go better with the green, but gunmetal-type colours work with everything as a middle ground.

Most importantly, the car is much nicer to daily around our terrible Manchester roads with a bit of extra squish.

Good find getting 18" that fit over the brakes and anything that does not hit the face of the brake (you can fit drag radials now )

I am glad I went for a higher sidewall on mine (although I stayed on the OEM 19" wheels) not regretted it at all. Do you have mag-ride?

Nope, no mag-ride.

TBH there was quite a range with good clearances. Was spoilt for choice.
There's enough room for balance weights too.

Bola were great, even though they recommended the wrong offset first time round, they next-day'd a new set with adjusted offset to clear the caliper face.
