Coding help please

Good afternoon all, I have a B7 cab that I have just removed a symphony 2+ and installed a mk2 rnse from a seat exeo. I have also just installed an oem phone Bluetooth module. The phone module was plug and play which did surprise me in a good way
When my head unit starts it still shows the seat logo so I need help please to correct this and code the rnse for my car I have Bose and reversing sensors so would like to get the visual parking to show on rnse screen when reverse is selected . My current coding for the radio after a scan shows in the pic so would really appreciate if someone can help me out please
The guy I bought the oem Bluetooth off also gave me a Bluetooth streaming module but it has a positive and negative wire to connect it but unsure what wires to slice it into on the rnse quad lock as obviously I need it to be ignition live only and not permanent live .

Sorted the coding out now but can anyone tell me please what pin off the rnse will give a switched 12v out when radio is switched on for the Bluetooth streaming device
