Does Anyone know the wiring for halogen 4 wire plug to pfl led 5 wire plug? & the 4 wires for the inner light.
Could get them to work all except the fogs

Maybe this one might add further info. From the adaptation codes looks like there is, tail light, brake, park light, coming home/leaving home, indicator.
Are you running extra wires to the BCM? Not sure it's possible to upgrade within the extra wires.
Yeah, it looks to me that it isn't possible to change on the Facelift A4 Sedan NA model - it looks to me that it is only on the Avant that it is possible (see post #36 above). So after testing the coding I fear you may be correct in that they combined the lines for the brake and signal and used...
still doesnt tell me which wires go to where, ive read the outer and inner lights need to be joined but dont know which pins go to which. Cant find any diagrams
Scrap that, found the doc I drew up when I went from Pfl LED to FL LED.
It shows the original Pfl wires and positions.

Hi guys, I'm new to this forum so I apologise if Iv posted this in the wrong thread etc. Basically I own a 2009 Audi A4 b8 and currently I'm trying to figure out what needs to be done to convert the rear end to the facelift version a4(b8.5). Iv got hold of some facelift LED tail lights...
I don't for the halogens unfortunately. Easiest way I found was if you have a voltmeter and measure on each pin when brake on/off, indicator on/of, side lights on/off etc to eventually work out what pin controls what then move it into the right pin in the new plug.
