Hi folks.
My A4 has the ASB 3.0 TDi engine and has flagged a P2002 - Particulate Trap Efficiency Below Threshold and has lost most of its power. It’s certainly not boosting.
I’m assuming a blocked DPF? - it did flag up a DPF light about a week before but a 15min run with high revs cleared it.
If it is indeed a blocked DPF can I force a regen at home without VAGCom?
Would anyone recommend any cleaners / has anyone used any on this engine and your thoughts?
As a side note I did whip the intake pipe off and found the inlet tract to the was blocked where it diverts off just past the anti shudder valve. So I cleaned all that out and opened it back up and also checked the pipe and egr itself all of which is clean/has been cleaned.
