Audi A4 B9 2017 TDI - "Child lock fault: please contact workshop" Please visit Service error appeared. Even though the error is present on the dashboard for 6 month already, both child locks (left and right) work as expected, meaning if you press child lock button on the driver's door the door is locked from the inside and can be opened from the outside. The only symptoms present are dashboard error and absence of LED(red) indication on the button itself when you press it. Have anyone faced such issue or seen a resolution ? Or the only option is to take it to the service.
