0-100 issue

Hello guys! Wanna tell a little about my car and ask a piece of advice from guys, who had similar issues.
So I have the '17 S3 Sedan Facelift Stage3, 470 bhp\580nm.
My config is:
Wheels JapanRacing JR37 19x8.5, 10.6kg
Tyres Michelin Pilot Sport 4S 235\35\R19
Suspension - Stock audi magnetic ride
My results 0-100 are:
Tyre pressure 1.8 bar each (26 psi)
Best time is 3.63 (3.45 0-60mph)
But it should go 3.2-3.3 (3.1-3.15 0-60mph)

My best 60ft are 1.85s. Usually it is 1.88. And it is really bad.

Does anyone has s3 sedan on stage3? What is your 0-100? Any grip issues? Wheels,tyres, suspension?
Probably anyone knows the limit of haldex. I mean the amount of hp when haldex is not enought, probably mine is working badly.

Tyre pressure is a little low isn’t it?
think my sport back is 36 psi front and 32psi rear and the saloons are even higher than that

Yes, usually I have 37 psi. But for launch control I decreased it to 26 because with 37 I have worse 0-100 because of no grip
