Hi all, does anyone have any idea what might be causing this airbag light fault?

I've changed the clockspring for a new one and added the new long coding and calibrated the wheel. No ABS faults. I thought this would fix the airbag issue but its still there. The high resistance suggests a short somewhere so I have also tried new airbag wiring between the airbag and the clockspring. This made no difference. Could it be the airbag itself? It has not been deployed and there are no crashes recorded in the log or evidence of any accidents. With the airbag removed I still get the same fault codes. The only other fault code I have is for the bluetooth module which has been replaced but not coded. Everything works as it should. Any help would be much appreciated!
