Q5 Lane change assist help! C1115F0

Hey everyone! I’m in need of some help here troubleshooting what is going on with my 2014 Q5 TDI. Got my car back from the dealer where they replaced the DEF tank and pumps, and the wiring harness and control module for it. Since then I have driven roughly 2k miles on a road trip and now I’m getting the C1115F0 code on OBDeleven for the right lane change assist module. Is there any fix to this that I would be able to do? The sensors themselves all still work well. Hoping this can be an easy fix or maybe the dealer messed something up while working with the rear of the car. Any help is greatly appreciated!
