Good afternoon friends,
Some time ago I serviced my Audi a3 8p 1.8tfsi 2009 at the dealership and they told me that a mandatory update must be done to the ABS control unit. They tried to do it and the ABS chip crashed so they ordered a new one at no cost to me. The issue is that with the new chip and the update, while before I had 2 ESP/ASR deactivation steps, now there is only one and when it is deactivated, the ESP light flashes, whereas before it stayed on. Does anyone know if there is a way to get it back to how it was before? From what I googled on newer audi's it actually flashes instead of staying on. Do you think there is a way to do it like before?
