Fault Code: P304400 - Fuel Pump Short Circuit?

Hi all.

Been looking through the forum but can't find anything about this.

I've got a 2018 8V S3 and after doing a scan with an OBDELEVEN, I'm getting error code P304400, which says it's a fuel pump short circuit (doesn'tsay which one).

The car seems to loose power every now and then so wondering if they're connected maybe?

Other info, I had a res delete done a few weeks ago and it was fine after but it has been since then I noticed the issue.

Anyone come across this before?

If it was fine before then logic suggests it's on them, take it back.

Wow, thanks for the fast reply!

I kind of didn't even think it could be that as didn't think they would need to touch the fuel pump doin a res delete with it being under the car.

Hi, What was the verdict on this, was the in-tank fuel pump replaced?
