CLICKING NOISE REALLY ANNOYING

Hi, I have been reading threads about this clicking noise coming from front driver's side when accelerating under load.
Well, I have the same
3 garages, one Audi main dealer, all misdiagnosed.
New injectors, 2 new drive shafts, new brakes and caliper at a cost of £3200 on an Audi 2014 plate. They haven't got a clue.
This happened this year 2023, I'm getting my tools out now. Can't sell the car with this

What’s the engine, and do you have a recording of it?

Audi All Road, 2.0 diesel.
It only does it when the care is in automatic and driving under load.
No recording available and this wouldn't help anyway. 3 garages, £3500 later and still not repaired.
