Driver door electronics not working anymore

Hi all, I have a 3 door 2008 A3 8P , and the driver door electronics does not work anymore. Previously, everything was working fine except for the driver side electric window, so I repaired the broken wires i found in the door wire loom with crimp connecters and put it back together. Now the driver door electronics does not work at all and there is no red light on the lock button even when the high beam is on. The central locking still works fine on both sides and so does the speaker on the driver door. I have opened up the door card and checked the connector there as well and found nothing wrong with it. Do you have any idea what might be wrong with it? Thanks, just really gutted that I made things worse by trying to fix the electric windows.

The wires I found broken were:
Big brown wire
Big red&yellow wire
Small black cable
Small orange cable

I have made sure all the connections are tight so I don't think the repaired wires should be an issue.

Check all the wires for continuity from the door hinge connector to the door module.

Hi I went to check the continuity today and it was all connected. For some reason, after i put it all back together, it just started working now. Thanks for the suggestion!
