A3 BKD not starting after standing for 6 months

My A3 2.0 tdi bkd has been standing for 6 months and all of a sudden doesn't want to start. New S5 Battery 720cca, alternator and starter motor. Changed both fuel and oil filters. Cranks but does not want to start. Unplugged cam g40 sensor tried to start and nothing. Tested camshaft wiring harness all good. Checked fuses. VCDS shows zero faults. Timing seems to be okay. Not sure what else to check or replace.
 
Tank unit in the rear getting power?

As above check for fuel supply to the fuel filter pipe in the bay.
