Been trying all week with this and no joy. Downloaded the correct sw for my version of MMI and I recieve undefined error,14.....
I've also tried to update maps the same way using correct option for my version of MMI and still won't update.
You can see from the photos the my software, the error and the last one with the new software update.
Am I doing something wrong cause I can't see how else this is done..
