Servicing on A3 2015

Hi all, just need some general advice on which service to go for. I have an A3 saloon 65reg from new. I've only done 37k miles to date. Serviced every year and is due MOT/service end of the month. In Oct 2020, had a full service done, the rest were small. Also had new brake pads/discs replaced Jan 2020. Car runs fine only issue is squeaking when I brake which is annoying as only done 10k miles since having pads/discs changed??
Anyway with this in mind do I book a small or full service? Garage instantly said full when I told him the mileage and age but as mentioned, I only had a full 2 years ago!
Any guidance appreciated!
