Gearbox started behaving weirdly recently. When the car is "coldish", but had some time run, whenever there is any uphill the gearbox seems to struggle in at least 3rd and 4th gear. The car starts to give the engine extra revs or like slipping the clutch. Kinda like when you're trying to start a burnout on a manual car. Also the gear changes feel quite rough compared to normal behavior.

Cars history:
- Gearbox oil was changed last summer
- Mechatronic was fully replaced about 2000km ago
- Clutch was also replaced with mechatronics as it broke the disks
- Oil was changed last summer (Planning to change it next week)
- Car passed the inspection about 1 week ago, so there is no seemingly obvious problems

I've checked for any kind of leaks, nothing is leaking. The gearbox seems to be performing normal when the car is properly warm.

All the DSGs are smoother when warm than when cold.

Which gearbox is it?
6 speed wet clutch (DQ250) 2 litre or Quattro?
7 speed dry clutch (DQ200) 1.4, 1.8, 1.6D front wheel drive?

Does it get worse when there is steering input eg turning out of a junction?

Sounds as though your gearbox has had quite a bit of work done already.

It’s the 7 speed dry clutch (DQ200) one.

Haven’t noticed that turning made any difference.

Yup, car had about 110000km on it and then just one night it decided to brake. Drove it home normally in the evening and next morning it’s broken.
