Removing 4.0T Turbo Units from Manifold?

Hi All,

For those of you who have upgraded their 4.0T turbos, how do you remove the turbos from the manifolds?

I have some newly acquired RS7 units, complete with manifolds/snails, that Im struggling to remove the turbo units from. I've already released the hot side clamps

Is it just brut force and a mallet or am I missing something
