Private plate now removed. The "AJ56" one is the current plate.

Common issues that affect the B7 S4’s but this one does NOT suffer from:
Glovebox and front centre armrest are both in perfect working order.
Drivers seat bolster is in perfect shape and leather in very good condition.
Interior headliner is perfectly taut, no sagging at all.
No rattles from timing chain.

The bad bits (for full transparency):
Alloys have kerbing, but nothing unusual for a car this age.
Electrically folding mirrors don’t appear to work. I inherited this from previous owner. My intention was to show an auto-electrician but have never gotten around to it.
Audi 4 rings plastic trim missing from engine cover.

I've had this advertised on other platforms for about a week now.
Plenty of interest but no actual viewings.

Would be grateful for forum feedback as to whether it's been pitched about right or not. Thanks !

To me this looks like a cracking car especially if your in the market for nicely specc'd example for a weekend/hi day's car keeping it low miles.
Also in the right colour! GLWS

The advert looks reasonable but it’s not a car that’s going to sell within a week. It’s a niche market for something like this. I also think, and maybe just personal opinion, that if I was buying a B6/7 I’d want one that had the chains done. Even if there is absolutely no sign of rattle, I’d want that piece of mind.

The few issues you’ve listed are all very minor and not something that would put me off in any way, however given how easily the could all be fixed, a potentially buyer might question why you haven’t just gone ahead and sorted them.

I may have missed when scanning over the advert but don’t see a current mileage, only the mileage at last inspection almost a year ago? And no. of previous owners?

I would also mention under interior that you have the carbon door/dash trim!

Lovely car. Take your time it will sell, just being a niche car and also an auto it's a small market.

Looks like a great car, hope it stays with an enthusiast

If it was a manual then I buy it as I'm in the market for such a beast, sadly I won't touch an auto these days, so a real shame really as it looks nice. :icon thumright:

Thanks guys for your kind words. Yes, I guess I will just have to be patient if I want the best price.
Although patience isn't something that comes easily to me when it comes to cars ! :crying:
