Clicking noise after ignition off

Hi everyone, heard this noise this morning for the first time after turning off the ignition after a drive. Have tested again several times and it happens now every time I knock off the engine. Anyone have any ideas?

You can hear it immediately after I turn the key and then again towards the end of the video.

I think you should look under the bonnet and see if you can locate where it's coming from. Sounds a bit like fan blades hitting something.
