Totally agree Nev they have upped there game massively in terms of tech and interior for the new generation
but the prices have sky rocketed also

It will be a very good car but £50k, yes cheaper than some rivals but then again probably a bargain compared to some (spec for spec).

Alexlfc17, congrats mate on your new whip fella...looks stunning. It takes me back 16 yrs ago when I picked up my brand spanker Civic Type-R EP3 2004 plate when I was 24. Was the best feeling ever. Its a precious moment and one to savour...i had mine for 18 months before part exing for a deposit on a house... Sh!T gets real quick so enjoy while you can.
I get bored of cars real quick normally flipping every 18months/2 yrs. Having had the 5pot for 2.5yrs now in the RSQ3 form, I'm still not looking elsewhere... It makes you smile every time you let her off the leash... For those who've not experience the 5pot and frustrated and wishing things would move quicker with build dates, hang on in there... Its worth the wait, trust me!

Thankyou pal - I totally agree, it really is unreal. Anyone who is waiting for one of these cars you will not be disappointed. Im still a little lost for words tbh

My car arrived in UK today and on way to the dealers. I said same thing about the round steering wheel, it’s not as big as photos make it out to be. Looks much better in person.

Spoke to a nice man at Audi Cheltenham yesterday. They have a white SB LE and black Vorsprung incoming. They thought they were in the site pounds but couldn’t see them so he thinks they must be in their off site pound awaiting PDI. Apparently, I think it’s been said before, they have shipping blocks in the suspension and programmed to 23mph max limit.
He reckoned 16 weeks for std/carbon on new orders but no build dates for Vorsprung - and yet they have one!!!
Apparently as a Audi sport dealer they have all received 2 RS3 which normally is one for showroom and one for demo but due to shortages they have been allowed to sell one of them which unfortunately they already have, the LE. The other will be kept as demo car

Dropping the Mrs off at the airport this morning l decided to pop into Glasgow Audi to have a butcher's..and obviously came across the well photographed kemora LE to be honest l was more than a little underwhelmed to the inside is dissapointly dull kemora does nothing for the external design and l ain't a hatchback fan either the round steering wheel is rather nice and not large at all like all said including myself
@T-1000 the exhaust trims are smaller than the the RSQ3 lol
I am going to keep my order as it is but if something else catches my eyes between now and then I'll drop the RS3

No not all lol the RS3 exhaust trims are not as wide as the RSQ3 exhaust which l also looked at today
I do like the saloon in turbo blue it suits the design here's a sline in turbo

Ps loads of new cars where being handed over today in Audi Glasgow handover bay was full as was the parking area right next to it

Not paid a deposit yet mate even though l asked to pay one but finance was approved and car ordered RS3 is great if you like dark dark interiors and even rock grey stitching would have added some contrast at least

Only estimated but that estimate is early December currently. It was bw37 so should have been here by now really…

I’ve got a LE coming hence why it’s due soon.

The Golf 8R’s are really nice, test drove one and I thought it was a really good. Have a look on drive the deal they were giving really good deals. I was quoted about 10/12% off and that was fully specced. Never used them but heard of them on here and I’m sure someone’s used them on here before too.

Absolutely not mate haha, can’t be dealing with all that crap again! Although I never had a issue with there downpipe. I’ll see who comes out with a downpipe first and go from there.

50 week wait time, that’s worse then Audi. When I enquired about it last month direct they said March/April 22 delivery, but that only had about 8% discount but was direct with VW which is good I think

after seeing a YouTube video I headed off to take a look at RS3 at Tetbury Audi. It’s in Kemora grey. Same spec as the other showroom ones we have seen. Standard car but with matrix lights, electric tailgate etc,
It seemed ok but another metallic colour which really hides the metallic bit. It just looked solid. However I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt as not great light in showroom or outside.
