I have upgraded to MIB2 with navigation, and was wondering if anyone knows if there’s a possibility to connect to the sharkfin-antenna somewhere. Is there a GPS-cable from the antenna somewhere in the car that I can connect to, or do I have to connect directly to the antenna?

I’m about to upgrade my Pioneer 1330NEX for Pioneer 4660NEX. I installed the 1330 myself so I’ll be doing the same with the 4660.
The 4660 comes with an external GPS Antenna, something my 1330 didn’t have. I understand the antenna is meant to “help” my phone with gps positioning, but I never had any issues just using my iPhone’s built in GPS.
