MIB forgets bass & treble

As the title suggests, I've recently bought an A3 (out of Audi warranty) with the B&O system. I love it, however from time to time the stereo seems to forget the bass & treble sttings. I spke to Audi and they want £60 just to plug a laptop in to it, any firmware update would obviously cost more. Does anyone know if this is something I can do myself please? @DJAlix do you know please?!

Can you post up a photo of your MMI software version details please.

Ah yes sorry. Hopefully this is what you asked for.

I do not know / have access to MMI software numbers as DJAlix would, but I have seen an Audi TSB for this issue in the past in where an MMI software update was needed. I would hope it would apply to your software level but I will leave that to him to confirm. Cheers.
