Having a S4 gearbox issue

Hi guys, new(ish) to the forum here

But seen as though VAG are not doing a great job of pinpointing this issue I thought I’d seek further help from a forum.

Uploaded below is a video, you can hear a distinct squeak when changing down shift and the Audi VAG techs have no idea what it is. They can’t recreate it but I can from time to time, but not when I take it in!!

This sounds like exhaust flaps squeaking, my milltek makes the same noise when statioary flicking between drive and sport etc.
