Audi S3 8L - Upgrade Help

Hello there, I'm new on this Site & Forum. I run Audi S3 8l buyed 4 months ago.
The car has a many engine problem but I repaired all the problems, my engine is not stock, the owner I buyed has done some cheap changes on the engine to rise up the HP that's the reason why the engine was not working good. With the upgrades I will start from the Fuel Pump because does not fit engine with Fuel good, I decided to get DW65v Fuel Pump.
What to do after that fiting DW65v Pump, can anyone help me from where to start with engine upgrades. Thanks

Cheap upgrades with Vacum things on the engine, that's the reason why the engine was in bad condition. Everything is stock in the engine, I just upgrade the K04 on Hybrid performance nothing else. But I want to rise from 350HP to 400HP max.

With stock internals.... going Hybrid you’ll want to budget £4-5k. You’ll need to change rods, injectors, fuel pump, downpipe, exhaust, etc

I know that for the budget, the real problem is that where I am from North Macedonia, we don't have good tuners for that thing
