MMI 2G WORKING BUT NO SOUND

Hello!
I have an Audi A6 C6 with The 2G MMI on a standard audio sistem.
The MMI is working but no sound!

No sound at all ? So radio does not work either ?
Speach in MMI can be ajusted at settings screen, voice on.
This navigation voice has an separate woofer on the driver door, might be the problem

I’d your car an Avant ?
Check the left hand rear side of the boot, behind the trim, you‘ll find a couple of control units and an amp, check for water ingress
The washer jet pipe can split (for the rear wiper) located up near the boot lid hinge ...... if that’s split is covered the amp in water and killed it
