Hi, I’ve got a Audi A3 sportback 58 plate.

Yesterday when I opened my boot I realised there there was water behind the headrest on the rear drivers side and on the rear right headline(where I’ve taken the pictures). I have a feeling that water is leaking through the door arms(see pictures). Anyone have any idea what would be wrong, drainage points ?

This is a pure guess now, but I’d suspect the hatch seal first.
I find it hard to believe that Audi would design a vehicle where the hatch arms enter the cabin of the vehicle, purely from a water-proofing viewpoint .
I’d guess the hatch arms are in fact on the outside of the passenger cabin to maintain waterproof integrity??
So, if it were my vehicle I’d really closely examine the entire hatch seal and take it from there.
Of course what I’ve written could all be rubbish, for which I apologise in advance , lol......

Buddy same here, did you solve this? We had two days snow and same like you happened to my audi A3 2005 model

Nothing much tbh, get a hoover and hoover all the holes etc arm holes etc
Thanks, I removed the plastic covers on the rear door, after I closed I pour few bottles of water on the car and I saw that the leak is from bad sealing on the windshield.
