3RD light - high level brake light removal

Trying to get this light out but not sure how to do it.
Looked on the online manual and not very helpful.
Could someone please advise?

They are tight to get out. you need to get your fingers between the trim and the glass and pull it towards the back of the car. Be careful to pull it back evenly on both sides as you can brake the trim.
