Dear All,
I'm hoping to run 320hp+ from an a3 1.8t. Can anyone recommend a decent Intercooler and induction kit?
Thanks
Alex

You cant go upto 320+hp on stock turbo of 1.8TFSI unless you get turbo IS20/IS38 from Golf Gti/R 2ndly the gearbox 7spd DQ200 from 1.8tfsi is weak as it cant hold upto 330+nm torque or you can upgrade the clutch with TCU flash or better option is to swapped whole gearbox of DQ250. My 1.8tfsi A3 have Revo intercooler, 3" catless and drop-in filter on modded oem airbox dynoed 221whp & 296nm torque on JB4 map1. Best induction kit is VWR600 or Forge motorsport but it wont give high power, better to get 3inch downpipe for more power.

It's having the IS38 and I trying to find a downpipe that I know will fit with out to much adjustment, then it's going to a standard s3 exhaust . Mines the Stronic one so should hold up better. Its going to get a custom map on a dyno when it's all done

It's still the ****** DQ200 gearbox with dry clutch. You'll end up destroying it.

Like I said on previous msg, it won't hold that much torque. There's couple of company make kevlar clutch for DQ200 but still it won't long last.
